Yup, it's official, my entire cohort is allowed to continue on to the Ph.D program! Good news.

We also got feedback from all the reviewers, mine was particularly harsh. Well, I can't say that in comparison to anyone else because I didn't see their comments. But I get the feeling that my paper was not well liked, more than a feeling, it was confirmed in their comments. So this is bittersweet.

Either way. I'm done with it now, and can maybe finally do research that I want to do instead of something that satisfies the requirements of someone with authority over me.

Today I officially completed my master's paper, and I'm celebrating with an episode of CSI:NY and an Italian hoagie from Apollo's. The real fun will start on Friday when Andy and LT come down from Jersey to go drinking. I haven't seen them since this summer in Wisconsin, long time. Saturday I leave for Englad to go visit Natalie, we've planned a miniature European adventure (mini, because it's only a week and adventure because letting Natalie plan a trip means I'm going to need a new pair of sneakers by the time I get back).

So, it's been a good day and the next few will hopefully be even better.
