A Full Plate's 3rd Annual Rib Cook-Off

We're doing it again! It's a few months away, but mark you calendars now for the 3rd Annual Rib Cook-Off. Saturday, September 12th, 2009 will mark the third time grillers from across the metro converge to cook up ribs and engage in two other categories of competition. Rib-Cook Off 055

    People who grill ribs should be ashamed of themselves. Real BBQ is smoked. Stupid yankees.

    Thanks for your input. The great thing about cooking and BBQ is that everybody has a slightly different spin on it. We have contestants who smoke their ribs, while others choose to grill them. They're pretty much all delicious.

    Yay for yankees who can appreciate all methods of creating finger-licking BBQ!
