Rice is always a boring side for me, unless it's got a nice sauce, bold flavor, or something to put on top like flavorful black beans or some moist meat. And you can never go wrong with fried plantains! Looks like a great little restaurant.<BR/><BR/>Btw, I love your idea of start a weekend blogging event for peanut butter.
