Curious to try the pechuga michoacana (btw, that's not typical dish as I never heard of it...and I grew up in Michoacan). Although, in Mexico they tend to put "nopal" or "nopalitos" in every dish (cactus pads). Very strange, but actually pretty good. The only inconsistency I see is that I never encountered a single mushroom while I was down there.
